Andre Cobham, through Arising Media Inc., provides AI consulting, business automation advisory, and related professional services including one-on-one consultation calls, 3-Part AI Planning Sessions, and project-based AI implementation engagements. All services are advisory in nature. Outcomes depend on client implementation and business conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results from any service.

Paid sessions require full payment at time of booking. Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge and confirm you have read the Refund Policy. Booking confirmation is sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, contact [email protected].

If you do not attend your scheduled session without advance notice, your session is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued. We are not liable for any consequence arising from a missed session on the client's part.

We treat all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not share your business details, challenges, or strategy with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Proprietary materials or recommendations provided during a session are for your internal use and may not be distributed or resold without written permission.
