This may include your name, email address, company name, website, and details about your business situation as shared in conversation. Payment information submitted through booking forms is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, through standard server logs and analytics tools.

Interactions with the Ebby AI assistant are logged and stored to improve response quality, enable follow-up, and maintain session continuity. Conversation transcripts may be reviewed by Andre Cobham to prepare for any scheduled session. These transcripts are not shared with third parties. Sessions are identified by a randomly generated session ID stored in your browser local storage. No login is required.

Information you provide is used to schedule and confirm paid sessions, follow up after a session or inquiry, prepare for your session based on context shared, send service-related communications, and improve the Ebby AI assistant. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers. By submitting payment you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

This site uses Google Gemini API to power the Ebby AI assistant. Conversation messages are sent to Google for processing. Gravity Forms powers booking and contact forms; submissions are stored in our WordPress database. Stripe handles payment processing. Rank Math generates sitemaps and structured data with no personal data transmitted.

This site uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your chat session and remember preferences within a visit. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

Contact form submissions and chat transcripts are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax obligations. To request deletion of your data, contact [email protected].

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
