Refund Policy

Our time is prepared specifically for each client. When a session is booked and payment is collected, time is set aside, preparation begins, and availability is blocked for other clients. This policy exists to protect the integrity of that commitment.

Consultation Calls

All consultation call payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed. Payment confirms your session and holds your reserved time slot. We do not issue refunds for consultations that are completed, missed, or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. One reschedule is permitted without penalty. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session are treated as a cancellation and the session fee is forfeited.

3-Part Planning Sessions

3-Part Planning Session payments are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Prior to the first session, a written cancellation request may be submitted to [email protected]. If received more than 72 hours before the first session, a credit toward a future service may be issued at our discretion. No cash refunds. Once the first session is completed, no portion of the fee is refundable.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided advance notice, the session is forfeited and the payment is non-refundable. We are not responsible for no-shows once payment has been collected and the session has been scheduled.

Technical Issues on Our End

If a session cannot proceed due to a technical failure on our end, we will reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback for a completed session or valid booking, we will provide Stripe with the full record of the transaction, booking confirmation, and session log to dispute the claim. Chargebacks for services rendered will be contested.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, send an email to [email protected] with your booking confirmation details. Cancellations and reschedule requests are only accepted by email. Phone or chat requests will not be processed. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
