I Spent Years Finding What Was Limiting Business Growth. Now I Build the AI Systems That Fix It.

Twelve years across growth, marketing, and operations. The problem was rarely the strategy. It was the infrastructure. AI made it possible to fix that infrastructure in ways that were not available before.

Twelve Years Building Growth Systems. Then AI Changed What Was Possible.

I did not start in AI systems. I started in a garage in Niagara Falls, New York, assembling a computer with my brother, learning what happened when you took a machine apart. That same instinct followed me through high school at Niagara Falls High School, where I ran the OSC21 media and news studio, managed equipment, and learned that good systems fail quietly and bad ones fail loudly. At SUNY Fredonia, I co-founded The Raphy Report, a student-run production that grew into the first organization in the SUNY Fredonia Technology Incubator operated solely by students, with over 50 interns across ten disciplines.

After Fredonia, I managed operations at Access 12, Dunkirk's local broadcast station. I ran fiber, set up device automation, and rebuilt the broadcast infrastructure off a single laptop onto a reliable system. That project made the connection concrete: infrastructure is not a cost center. It is the backbone of reliability. From there, a decade in digital marketing and demand generation at InVue Digital (a Hearst agency) and Transcat (NYSE: TRNS) built the measurement and systems thinking that now drives every AI engagement.

In 2025 I went deep on AI infrastructure. Not the hype, the systems. Six Google Cloud Generative AI certifications in three months, built and tested against real business problems before I said a word about it to clients. That work led to founding Cobham Consulting Group with Larnelle Cobham in August 2025. The goal was simple: find the operational problem, design the system, and build it. No vendor relationships. No platform bias. One person accountable to the outcome.

Andre Cobham
AI Automation Consultant & Systems Architect

Two Companies. One Integrated Stack.

Arising Media Inc.  ·  Founder & CEO

Lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce growth. Built for B2B companies that need consistent pipeline, not one-time campaign spikes.

Cobham Consulting Group

AI infrastructure, local model deployment, hardware setup, hosting, and IT solutions. Built for organizations that need AI running inside their own environment, not a vendor's.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Andre at Hearst for more than eight years, during which Andre has competently and confidently managed some of our most sensitive client relationships. I have always been impressed with his ability to communicate complex strategies and data sets in relatable ways that garner buy-in and turn into actionable business insights.

SUNY Fredonia

B.S., Business Administration and Marketing. At SUNY Fredonia I founded The Raphy Report. A multi-topic news and variety web series that moved into the university's business incubator and was covered by Buffalo Business First., with TRR Productions growing to over 50 interns and co-founding V3 Studios, the incubator's first student-founded tenant.

6 Google Cloud Generative AI Certifications

I earned these in three months in 2025 because I wanted to understand the full stack of what I was recommending, not just the surface layer. Generative AI Leader Specialization, Gen AI for Transforming Your Organization, Gen AI Foundational Concepts, Gen AI Apps for Transforming Your Work, Gen AI Beyond the Chatbot, and Gen AI for Navigating the Landscape.

Production-Grade AI Infrastructure. Every Recommendation Validated Against a Running Stack.

My home office runs a Proxmox hypervisor serving multiple VMs. Ollama handles local model Inference. llama.cpp sits underneath for quantized deployments. I test models from Hugging Face, run them through real business scenarios, and only recommend what works at the scale a growing business actually needs. I do not recommend cloud tools I have not used. I do not recommend local infrastructure I have not run myself.

30 Minutes. Honest Assessment. No Pitch.

You describe what is eating your time. I tell you honestly whether I can fix it, what it takes, and what it costs.
